Shipping Policy

Made to Order, Worth the Wait

The Mad Stoner works with several print-on-demand manufacturers to create and ship our products. Because different items may come from different facilities, production times, shipping speeds, carriers, and tracking details can vary.

Most orders arrive within approximately 7–15 days after the order is placed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Holidays, carrier delays, weather, and other unexpected issues may occasionally cause orders to take a little longer.

Split Shipments

Ordered more than one item? Don’t panic if everything doesn’t arrive together. Products made by different manufacturers may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Tracking Information

Tracking will be provided when available. Some of our manufacturing partners offer detailed tracking updates, while others provide more limited information. Tracking may also take a few days to update after a shipping label is created.

Lost in Transit

If your package appears to be lost in transit or tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, email themadstoner710@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We’ll look into it with the manufacturer or shipping carrier and help get the situation sorted.
