Keep It Chill Return Policy

We want you to love your gear, so please double-check the size chart before placing your order. If the fit isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

Sizing Returns

• Sizing returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Approved sizing returns will receive store credit only. Refunds will not be issued to the original payment method.

• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition. We recommend using tracked shipping, because we cannot issue credit for returns lost on their way back to us.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery at themadstoner710@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item so we can get everything sorted without killing the vibe.

Lost in Transit

If your package appears to be lost in transit, email themadstoner710@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and tracking information. We’ll review the shipment and work with the carrier to find the best solution.
